Pineapple Kale Juice

Ingredients
  • 2 cups green grapes
  • 2 cups packed fresh kale leaves stems removed
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups ice
Instructions
  • Place grapes in the blender, followed by kale, pineapple and ice. Select the SMOOTHIE setting and press start or blend on MANUAL, gradually increasing the speed to HI for 60 seconds. Serve immediately.
Recipe Notes

If smoother consistency is desired, blend an additional 20 seconds set to MANUAL on HI.
