I love frozen, slushy cocktails in the summertime, but I’ve never had a blender that could handle the job as well as I would like. I was always left with unpleasant ice bits that made my frozen cocktail experience less than ideal. That is, until I got a real deal Wolf Gourmet blender that makes quick work of ice and anything else I throw at it.
Thanks to my new kitchen companion, this is my summer of frozen drinks, and the prettiest and tastiest of them all couldn’t be easier to make. Just add some frozen, full-flavored rosé, frozen strawberries, a splash of tart grapefruit juice, and a handful of ice to the Wolf Gourmet blender and watch as the most refreshing and perfectly slushie cocktail is blended.
Top each glass with seltzer or a bit of prosecco and some fresh strawberry and grapefruit slices, then kick back and enjoy the summer. Sip it poolside for maximum enjoyment.
